  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce and brown sugar for about 15 minutes.
