  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 9 oz cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
