- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by mincing garlic, zesting and juicing lemons, and grating parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken; add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; stir gently.
- Add parmesan cheese while stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with pasta or vegetables, garnished with extra parmesan or herbs if desired.
