Creamy Parmesan Lemon Chicken is a delightful dish that combines the rich flavors of creamy sauce, zesty lemon, and savory parmesan, making it perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil and oregano)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by mincing garlic, zesting and juicing lemons, and grating parmesan.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken; add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; stir gently.
  5. Add parmesan cheese while stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve with pasta or vegetables, garnished with extra parmesan or herbs if desired.
