- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne recommended)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

- Meanwhile, boil water in another pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Lower heat and pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Slice cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
