  • 1 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up your breading station: one bowl with beaten eggs, another with panko mixed with salt and pepper, and the last bowl filled with coconut flakes.
