- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Melt white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and melted white chocolate.
- Gently fold in raspberries without breaking them.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
