  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  2. Let the chicken cool for about 10 minutes before dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add diced chicken, grapes, celery, and nuts to the bowl. Gently toss until everything is well-coated.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
