  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and rinse them under cold water; pat dry.
  2. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot; pour in Alfredo sauce and chicken broth. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook on low for 3 hours; then stir in tortellini and spinach until mixed well.
  5. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until tortellini is tender.
  6. Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
