- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
