  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
