Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease silicone molds with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, salt, pepper, spinach, and optional meats until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into each mold cavity until three-quarters full to allow for rising.
- Place molds on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden around the edges.
