Description

Chicken Salad with Grapes is a refreshing and delightful dish that perfectly balances savory chicken with the sweet juiciness of grapes. Tossed in a creamy dressing, this salad is ideal for picnics, lunchboxes, or a light dinner. With its vibrant colors and satisfying crunch from celery, it’s a crowd-pleaser that will have everyone asking for seconds!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
  • 1 ½ cups seedless red grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup celery stalks (chopped)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken by boiling or grilling until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let cool before shredding.
  2. Rinse and halve the grapes, then chop the celery into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken, grapes, and celery to the bowl; gently fold to combine without squishing grapes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving on lettuce leaves or in sandwiches.
