  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  2. Cook lo mein noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  4. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for another minute until fragrant.
