- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
