  • 8 oz penne pasta

  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
