- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares and serve warm.
