  • 1 cup fresh lobster meat (cooked)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bucatini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bucatini until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil until shimmering. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine: Pour in white wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Incorporate lobster: Gently fold in the fresh lobster meat and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Combine: Toss the cooked bucatini into the skillet along with crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well to coat.
  6. Serve: Plate immediately and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
