  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté chopped onions in a small pan over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
