  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta shells until al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
