  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente (7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
