Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed beef and season with salt and pepper; brown on all sides. Remove from pot.
- In the same pot, sauté onions, carrots, and potatoes until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables; stir for about 2 minutes until golden. Gradually add beef broth while stirring to prevent lumps.
- Return beef to pot along with frozen peas and herbs; simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
