- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, followed by half of the tortellini and half of the cheese blend. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
