  • 2 cups refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, followed by half of the tortellini and half of the cheese blend. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
