  3. Create bruschetta topping: Combine cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl; let sit to meld flavors.
  4. Layer the casserole: In a greased baking dish, spread half of the polenta as the base. Layer shrimp followed by half of the bruschetta mix, then top with remaining polenta.
