- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
