- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (for drizzling)

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Allow cooling before shredding.
- Toast waffles until slightly crispy; cut into quarters for layering.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Layer half of the waffle pieces in the baking dish, followed by shredded chicken and half of the egg mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top. Let cool slightly before drizzling with maple syrup.
