Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add farfalle pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes per side). Let cool before slicing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and chopped lettuce. Add Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat.
  4. Top the salad with crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts. Toss lightly to combine.
  5. Transfer to serving bowls or plates and enjoy!
