  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fry shapes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper; cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F or 75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and add parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
  7. Serve with crispy fries and garnish with fresh parsley.
