  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and corn)
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
