Instructions

- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is soft but not sticky.
- Mix in orange zest and place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on top and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and cranberries.
- Roll tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
