- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, and half of the cheddar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken evenly.
- Add broccoli florets on top and sprinkle with remaining cheddar and paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
