  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough into a large rectangle on a baking sheet and seal any perforations.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly over the dough and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper over the cheese. Fold the dough over the filling like an envelope and seal the edges.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top of the folded dough and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, heat beef broth in a small saucepan until warm.
