- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare a pot with water and bring it to a simmer. Place a steamer basket over the pot.
- Arrange the marinated chicken in the steamer basket in a single layer. Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Once done, sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
