- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping shallots and zesting the lemon.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season halibut with salt and pepper, then place skin-side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
