  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and gochujang. Mix until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the meatballs bake, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  5. Toss baked meatballs in additional gochujang sauce and serve warm with spicy mayo dip.
