  • 8 oz fresh linguine
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping parsley and grating Parmesan.
  2. Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, half the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté meatballs until golden brown (10-12 minutes).
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add remaining garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the skillet with the garlic butter; add meatballs back in along with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
