Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until fluffy. Add pumpkin and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
