  • 2 cups diced Honeycrisp apples
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
