  • 3 tbsp red curry paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • Gin Extractor (optional)

Instructions
