  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and rinse the salmon under cold water; pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sriracha to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown; flip to cook the other side.
  5. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream with remaining marinade. Stir until simmering and slightly thickened.
  6. Serve cooked salmon drizzled with sriracha cream sauce, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
