  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and dice the butternut squash into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the diced squash in a large pot of water for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Add butter, heavy cream, brown sugar, and nutmeg to the squash. Mash until smooth.
