- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
