  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole grain pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
