Instructions
- Wash strawberries under cool water, remove stems, and slice in half.
- Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add water and blend again until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for about 2 hours until cold but not frozen.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until soft-serve texture is reached. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour into a shallow dish and stir every 30 minutes until fully frozen.
- Serve in bowls or cones, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
