- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup long-grain rice (uncooked)

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Add chopped broccoli and garlic powder to the skillet; sauté for about 5 minutes until broccoli brightens.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice with the chicken-broccoli mixture and cream of mushroom soup; stir until well-coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
