  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup long-grain rice (uncooked)
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
  4. Add chopped broccoli and garlic powder to the skillet; sauté for about 5 minutes until broccoli brightens.
