  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 pita buns
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill weed, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into four patties about ¾ inch thick.

  4. While cooking, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl for the tzatziki sauce.
