  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
