  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 large fresh lemons (juice and zest)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tear off large pieces of aluminum foil to create individual packets.
