- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in soy sauce, paprika, and thyme.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Transfer everything to an oven-safe dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through (165°F or 75°C internal temp). Remove foil during the last 10 minutes for a golden finish.
