  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into small pieces. In a bowl, mix with soy sauce and garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay wonton wrappers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Press each wonton wrapper into an upside-down muffin tin and bake until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Fill each shell with sautéed chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado.
