  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions
